From SI.com…the new place where couples meet???

Via the Very Short List, here’s a web site that takes you around the world for sunsets.  Called Eternal Sunset, it almost makes you want to grab a loved one and watch the sun fade into the ocean off the coast of Portugal.

On the other hand, this is a really neat commercial. Here’s the description from YouTube:

Most expensive ever Guinness advert features large-scale domino game.

Directed by Nicolai Fuglsig of Sony Bravia ‘Balls’ fame, it is a celebration of community.

The advert was shot on location in a remote side village called Iruya, in the Salta region of northern Argentina, with a population of around 1,000 people.

Toppling items included: 6,000 dominoes, 10,000 books, 400 tyres, 75 mirrors, 50 fridges, 45 wardrobes and 6 cars.

Got pre-turkey laziness going on so I will shamelessly use some bullets from SI’s Pete McEntegart’s Thanksgiving Day column to list some of the things I’m thankful for in 2007…and some bullets from his fans (indicated by the parenthesis).

In 2007, the sports-like things I am thankful for:
