100/500

I’ve been playing catchup to my goal of 1250 bike miles in 2007 since early June and the milestones are slow in coming, but they’re getting there. At the start of this weekend, I was in spitting distance of 100 miles for the month (-13 miles) and 500 miles for the year (-27). I did it in three rides with a big assist from The Bride, who went on her first “back way” ride via Ormsby/Winnie/College Parkway.

This morning’s 13 mile ride took me to both sides of Carson (click to enlarge):

The good news is I’m “only” 169 miles behind where I should be at this time of the year, which is better than the 289 miles back on June 6. Every little bit helps. (Hmm, I wonder if I can talk Liz into going for a ride. ;) )

Edit:  Yep, she dragged me out there.  She is the evil temptress, The Bride.
