The National Weather Service issued a special warning about record breaking temps for northwest Nevada today, so got up early and hit the road:

NB on Mountain
EB on Winnie
SB on Roop/Stewart/Roop to Pat Lane
NB on Carson
WB on Musser
NB on Winters

That equates to 7.4 miles, but that’s not the news. The surprise is The Bride did the trip. She set the pace and the tone and said towards the end that she felt she could ride all day. It’s really amazing how far she’s come in less than a month. Look out, World! :)
