Goodbye, GameKnot

I used to play a lot of chess until one day I realize I suck at it. Nevertheless, I plug away. Long ago, one of my favorite places to play was GameKnot because of the friendly atmosphere from the site managers and fellow gamesters, the game database, and chessboard graphics.
I went back to GK after a prolonged absence and created a new account because I wanted to. This apparently is a rules violation of some sort. I tried to talk it over with the webmaster, but he never acknowledged my emails.
So I sent the below to my current opponents:
Hello - I am resigning from all games on GameKnot because the webmaster has not responded to my repeated inquiries about a possible rules violation.
Since non-communication and non-compromise are poor business practices, I am taking my money someplace else.
This should not reflect on you or your game. You are an excellent player and I appreciate your skill, especially in the way you’re kicking my butt. :-)
Take care of yourself and good luck in all you do!
I’ll be sticking to Yahoo Chess from now on. If you want to inflate your rating, email or IM me sometime.
